Holden's Baby Blessing

We were able to bless Holden on Sunday, July 7th. It was beautiful!  His blessing circle included his dad,  his Grandpa Dalton, Grandpa Stewart, his Uncle Josh, Uncle Darrin, Daddy's friends Scott and Jason, Bishop Reese and Brother Noa.  

Ryan gave a beautiful blessing.  I wrote down in a journal as much as I could remember.  Ryan blessed Holden with:

- that he was a answer to many prayers by his parents

- to remain close to his Saviour

- to heed the counsel of his parents especially in his teenage years

- he blessed him physically and mentally

- blessed him to develop his own testimony and relationship with The Lord

- blessed him to serve a mission, that it will be the best two years of his life

- to search out the gospel to know for yourself it is true

My Aunt Ruthann made his blessing outfit and it has his initials engraved on it. It meant so much to me.

We are so thankful for our friends and family who took the time to come celebrate our baby boy.  We had a little party at our house afterwards and were able to take some family pictures.  It was a really great day!
